These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and digital creative services provided by FATAZI LAB LLC.

Digital Services

FATAZI LAB LLC provides digital creative and audiovisual production services. All deliverables are provided digitally. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Project Quotations

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing is confirmed in a written project agreement before work begins.

Scope of Work

The scope of each project is defined in the project agreement, including deliverables, revision rounds, timeline and pricing.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information and materials
• Deliver source files in agreed formats and quality
• Respond to feedback requests within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to all materials provided

Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required before production begins. Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays.

Revisions

Revision rounds are included as specified in your package or project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Delivery

Final deliverables are provided digitally via secure download links or agreed transfer methods in the formats specified in the project agreement.

Delays

Timelines may be affected by factors including late client feedback, incomplete materials or scope changes. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

File Retention

Project files may be retained for a limited period after delivery. Clients should download and store their deliverables promptly.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. FATAZI LAB LLC retains rights to pre-existing tools, templates and methodologies.

Client-Provided Materials

Clients warrant they have the right to provide all materials and that such materials do not infringe third-party rights.

Music, Fonts and Stock Assets

Licensed music, fonts and stock assets may require separate licensing. Clients are responsible for any additional licensing fees unless otherwise agreed.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FATAZI LAB LLC may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Confidentiality

We treat client project information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver services.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to decline projects involving illegal, harmful or infringing content.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FATAZI LAB LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal dispute resolution. Jurisdiction shall be in Wyoming, United States.
