All services provided by FATAZI LAB LLC are customized digital creative services tailored to each client's specific requirements.

Project Terms

Project terms, including scope, pricing, timeline and revision rounds, are confirmed in a written project agreement before production begins.

Deposits

Deposits may become non-refundable once production has started, as work and resources are allocated to your project. The specific deposit terms are outlined in your project agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the completed work and the stage of the project at the time of the cancellation request. Generally:

• Completed and approved work is generally not refundable
• Work in progress may be partially refundable depending on the stage
• Deposits for work not yet started may be eligible for partial refund

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to contact@fatazilab.com. Include your project reference and reason for cancellation.

Approved Refunds

Any approved refund may exclude:

• Completed work that has been delivered and approved
• Licensed assets, stock media or third-party costs
• Transaction fees or payment processing charges
• Administrative costs where legally permitted

Project Agreement

The final refund and cancellation policy applicable to your project is subject to the terms confirmed in your written project agreement, which takes precedence over this general policy where they differ.
